Is it safe to order online?

Yes, it is safe to order @TAP STORE. Our website is powered by Shopify, a trusted E-commerce website provider.

Should I register?

Yes, we advise you to register to enjoy the benefits as TAP BOSS.

How do I register?

1. Click Register form.

2. Fill in your details.

3. Submit the form.

We will send an activation link to the email address associated with your company within 24 hours.

Kindly ensure that the responsible person is aware of this activation process and promptly activates the account.

Is my order successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "Account" or your email junk folder.

Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us 012 - 345 228 to check.

How do I use my points on my orders?

Discount coupon codes will be applied during the checkout process.

The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons our customer service is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order online.

If an online order is canceled, refund will be made in points of same value.

When will you ship out the item(s) once payment is made? 

The TAP store processes your online order twice per day (12pm and 4pm) on weekdays and once (2pm) on Saturday.

Upon verification of payment, item(s) will ship out shortly after. Items will be delivered to your doorstep via Lalamove or J&T Express.

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click “Account” at the top right hand of the webpage and you can see the order history.

What should I do if received wrong / missing item(s)?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly contact us at 012-345 2284 about this issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For the wrong item(s) received, kindly take photo of the item and send to the number above. Please ensure the item(s) is in its original condition and exchange will be arranged as soon as possible.

For the missing item(s), kindly inform us which item is missing, Refund will be made in terms of points of the same value after investigation. Please take note that we do not provide cash refund for online order.
