Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Takecare Auto Parts (Takecare Auto Parts Supplies Sdn Bhd), Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and part fitment

The chassis search on our site is a guide only. Please give your correct chassis number or VIN and check fitment before you order. If unsure, WhatsApp us before ordering. We recommend fitting by a qualified mechanic. If a price is shown wrongly or an item is out of stock, we may cancel the order and give a full refund.

Prices are shown to logged-in members only. Create a free account to see prices.

Payment

Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Offline orders (WhatsApp, phone & walk-in) are paid before dispatch, or on pick-up for walk-in orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel for free before your order is dispatched. We refund in full. Once dispatched, our Refund & Return Policy applies.

Member discounts

  • All discounts and vouchers are for logged-in members only. Membership is free with an account.
  • BOSS5-FILTEROIL and OIL4-RM5 apply automatically at checkout. Vouchers (BOSS50, BOSS-REF, BOSSREF10, BOSSREF50) are codes: apply them from your cart or enter them at checkout.
  • One account per person or company. Fake accounts, self-referrals or other misuse of discounts or referrals may lead to cancelled rewards, vouchers or orders.

Vouchers and offers

  • BOSS5-FILTEROIL: 5% off filters and oils when your filters and oils total RM500 or more.
  • OIL4-RM5: RM5 off each eligible engine oil when you buy 4 or more.
  • BOSS50: RM50 voucher for every RM1,000 you spend online (amount paid, excluding delivery), sent by email. Minimum spend RM500, valid 90 days, one per order.
  • BOSS-REF (friend's code): RM10 off your first order of RM250 or more as a new member, logged in. Once per customer.
  • BOSSREF10 (your referral reward): RM10 voucher for each friend whose first order of RM250 or more with your code is paid and not cancelled, refunded or returned. Issued after the 5-working-day (Monday to Saturday) return window. Minimum spend RM250, valid 90 days.
  • Referral cap: up to 20 successful referrals per member. At 20, you get a one-time RM50 bonus voucher (BOSSREF50: minimum spend RM500, valid 90 days) and your referral code closes.
  • Vouchers have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.

Combining discounts

  • BOSS50 and BOSSREF50 (RM50) combine only with one RM10 referral voucher (BOSS-REF or BOSSREF10). One RM50 voucher per order.
  • BOSS5-FILTEROIL and OIL4-RM5 don't combine with each other or with any voucher. If more than one could apply, the one that saves you more is used.
  • Offline free delivery is not affected by vouchers.

Delivery

Online orders (website)

  • You pay the live Lalamove or J&T fare shown at checkout.

Offline orders (WhatsApp, phone & walk-in)

  • Free same-day delivery (Lalamove, KL & Selangor) when your order reaches the minimum purchase per trip for your zone, by distance from TAP Segambut:
    • RM350+ within 15 km
    • RM600+ within 25 km
    • RM850+ within 35 km
    • RM1,100+ within 45 km
    • RM1,350+ within 55 km
  • Minimum applies per delivery trip. Distance by Google Maps from TAP Segambut. Tolls not included.
  • Free J&T (Peninsular Malaysia) on RM350+ for parcels up to 5 kg. Over 5 kg, the J&T fare is paid on arrival.
  • Weight is the actual or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6000), whichever is higher.
  • Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: WhatsApp us for a delivery quote.

All orders

  • Each order follows the rules of where it was placed.
  • J&T does not carry oils and lubricants. Choose pick-up or WhatsApp us to arrange delivery.
  • We deliver Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a working day). No delivery on public holidays.
  • Self pick-up is available at Takecare Auto Parts, Segambut.
  • Re-delivery is charged at the prevailing Lalamove rate.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy. For orders that used a discount or voucher: if the return is our fault (wrong item, missing item or a confirmed faulty part), we refund the amount actually paid by bank transfer to your bank account. If it is not our fault (for example, you ordered the wrong part), you get store credit instead (for modified-vehicle returns, you can choose bank transfer or store credit). If you return part of a discounted order and the rest of the order no longer meets the discount's minimum spend, the remaining items are recalculated at normal price and the difference is deducted from your refund. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. The expiry date is shown in the notification we send you and in your account.

E-invoice

E-invoices are issued on request. Online orders: save your TIN (tax number) in your account profile before you order. Offline orders: WhatsApp us your e-invoice details, including your TIN.

Chassis Decoder

  • The Chassis Decoder, its data and its results (part matches, part numbers, prices) are the property of TAKECARE AUTO PARTS.
  • Use it only for vehicles you own or operate and have saved in your Profile.
  • Scan limit: 3 scans per day for each saved chassis, pooled across your saved chassis (for example, 2 saved chassis = 6 scans a day, usable on either). Limits reset daily.
  • No copying, scraping, automated access, resale or sharing of the decoder, its data or its results.
  • Results are a guide to Genuine and BVP parts. WhatsApp us to confirm fitment if unsure.
  • Saved chassis numbers are locked. To remove one, WhatsApp us.
  • We may limit, suspend or ban access without notice if we see abuse.

Liability

We are not responsible for labour costs, vehicle downtime or other indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the item.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on our site when you order applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected.
