We are committed to making your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through purchasing our items and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
POINTS COLLECTION
- To qualify for point collection, payment must be completed before collection or delivery.
- Points can be earned from purchase made via online only.
- Points are not redeemable for cash.
- Points can only be redeemed online.
- Points will be updated in your account within 10 working days.
RETURNS POLICY
ALL RETURNS (PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN-STORE) MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.
TAP store accepts returns for:
- damaged or faulty items due to manufacturer fault and /or
- incorrect items delivered by us.
Below are the items that are NOT returnable / exchangeable.
- Original electrical parts
- Oils and lubricants
- Item(s) not in its original condition (used, marked, defaced, broken, torn, and dirty).
- Item(s) without its original packaging or packaging that have been torn or dirtied.
- Item(s) purchased or redeemed with points and discount codes.
- Sales & discounted items and items specifically stated non-returnable items.
Items returned must be in its original condition (with box if any), unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
All returns must include the INVOICE / RECEIPT. You may reprint it under your Account if you purchased online.
The Return department will get back to you once a returned item is received by us. Please be informed that the item(s) returned will be refunded in points of same value which you can use to exchange other item(s) from our online store. This usually take 2-3 working days.
All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
Any item(s) purchased or redeemed with points/discount codes (fully or partially) is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double confirm the item(s) you order before payment is made.
TAP store reserves the right to reject a return, refund, and/or exchange if the returned item does not meet the requirements for returns stated above, or if TAP store fails to receive the returned item.
All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
ONLINE ORDERS / DELIVERY
TAP store is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
All orders are processed and dispatched upon verification of payment within the same working day before cut off time. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia).
There are 3 delivery options our customers:
- Lalamove delivery
- J&T Express
- Pick Up at TAP STORE
Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
If an order is canceled, refund will be made in points of same value.
BOUNCED PARCELS
- Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.TAP store will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
- TAP store reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
- Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after a 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
USE OF SITE
- You are hereby granted permission to view and access information presented at takecareauto.parts including downloads, with the full understanding that everything is presented on an “as-is” basis.
- You will not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without TAP store’s prior written authorization.
- TAP store reserves the right to repost or reuse information referring/communicated to TAP store via emails, social media channels or contests run by TAP store.
In the event of any dispute, TAKECARE AUTO PARTS SUPPLIES reserves the right of final decision.
