What items can be returned / exchanged?

ALL RETURNS (PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN-STORE) MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.

TAP store accepts returns for:

  1. damaged or faulty items due to manufacturer fault and /or
  2. incorrect items delivered by us.

Returns can only be made one time per order number.

Items must be in its original condition (with box if any), unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

All returns must include the INVOICE SLIP. You may reprint it under your Account if lost.

Please be informed that the item(s) returned will be refunded in points of same value which you can use to exchange other item(s) from our online store. This usually take 2-3 working days upon receiving the returned items.

All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

What items cannot be returned / exchanged?

Below are the items that are NOT returnable / exchangeable.

1) Original electrical parts

2) Lubricants

3) Item(s) not in its original condition (used, marked, defaced, broken, torn, and dirty).

4) Item(s) without its original packaging or packaging that have been torn or dirtied.

5) Item(s) purchased or redeemed with points and discount codes.

6) Sales & discounted items and items specifically stated non-returnable items.

Can I get a cash refund?

Cash refund is not available for online order. Refund will be made in terms of points of same value within 2-3 working days. Item(s) returned must met with our returns requirement and the item you wanted to exchange with is out of stock.

For offline order, cash refund will only be provided if the item(s) returned met with our returns requirement and the item you wanted to exchange with is out of stock.

Please note that Item(s) purchased / redeemed with points and discounts codes are not refundable nor exchangeable.

Do I get warranty for the items I purchased?

All Isuzu original parts do not come with warranty unless purchased with recommended retail price (RRP) set by Isuzu Malaysia and serviced by an authorized Isuzu service center.

For OEM and replacement parts, limited warranty is provided by our suppliers. Please double check with our sales advisor for more information.

What should I do if I received wrong /missing item(s)?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly contact us at 012-3452284 about this issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For the wrong item(s) received, kindly take photo of the item and send to the number above. Please ensure the item(s) is in its original condition and exchange will be arranged as soon as possible.

For the missing item(s), kindly inform us which item is missing. Delivery of the missing item(s) will be arranged if possible or refund will be made in terms of points of the same value after investigation. Please take note that we do not provide cash refund for online order.
