Offline Order Delivery Coverage:

• Full payment must be made before delivery.
• Not applicable for filters and lubricants.
• A courier fee for re-delivery will be charged at the prevailing rate of Lalamove at that time.

Offline Order Delivery Time

• Estimated time of arrival (ETA) subjects to the traffic and weather conditions, availability of drivers/riders, and distance of your location.
• For orders placed after 4pm (Monday - Friday) and 2pm (Saturday) will be sent on the next working day.
• Same day delivery only available for orders placed before 12pm / 3pm (Monday - Friday) and 2pm (Saturday).
