How do I make payment?

For online orders, we accept the online banking (bank transfer) via all major local banks.

For offline order, in addition to bank transfer and credit cards, we also accept cash payment and Touch&Go.

We will have more options in the future. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

My payment has failed, what should I do?

Fret not! We are here to assist. Please take a screenshot of the error message (if any) and WhatsApp us.

How to use my points?

Discount coupon/voucher codes will be applied during the checkout process. The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order.

I am having issues using the coupon /voucher code. What should I do? 

Please check if:

  • The coupon/voucher code has expired
  • Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only
  • Each order can only use 1 coupon/voucher
  • The coupon/voucher is not valid for items that are already on sale
  • Coupon/Voucher is not valid with other promotions, discounts and loyalty rewards redemption
