How do I earn points?

You can earn points (RM1 = 1 points) by purchasing from our online store. Payment must be completed before collection or delivery to qualify for point collection.

How do I use points?

Points collected can only be used to redeem discount codes. The codes will be applied during the checkout process. The new total cost after discount will be reflected before you confirm the order.

Is there a validity period for the points accumulated?

Points issued are valid for 180 days. However, you can extend your point expiry date by another 180 days if you purchase any amount from us before your current points expired.

What is the minimum number of points required for redemption?

A minimum point balance of 100 points is required, as points are to be redeemed in denominations of 100 points (equivalent to RM1.00)

Is there any requirement regarding the number of points to be used each time I want to redeem my points?

Points have to be redeemed in denominations of 100 points, which is equivalent to RM 1.00. For example, you can redeem 1000 points to offset RM10.00 from your purchase

Are my points reflected in my account as soon as I make a purchase?

Point balance is updated on your account within 10 working days after transaction (online or in-store). As such, it is best to check your point balance in 10 working days after transaction.

Can I convert the points accrued into cash and withdraw it from my account?

Reward points earned are not convertible to cash for withdrawal.

If my points are insufficient to offset the total value of the transaction, can I offset part of the transaction with all my points and pay the remaining amount in cash?

Yes. You may use the maximum points (in multiples of 100 points) to offset part of the transaction as partial redemption and pay the remaining outstanding amount via payment method of your choice.

How do I check my points accumulated in my account?

You may login to our website and check your point balance in your account summary.

Is there a ceiling limit for the points accumulated in my account (for example, a maximum of 1000 bonus points. Will any surplus over that be deemed invalid for use)?

No. The more bonus points you accumulate, the bigger redemption capacity you have. However, we advise you to use it before the points expire.

Is it possible to merge the points accumulated in the two TAP Boss Club accounts owned separately by myself or combine both accounts for points collection?

Merging and/or transfer of reward points from another TAP Boss Club account is not allowed. If you have two or more accounts with us, please choose one (1) main account for points collection.

If I partially offset my purchase with my points, can I collect points for the balance amount?

Yes. The reward points that will be credited to your account is based on the nett amount after points redemption.
