What are the delivery methods I can choose?

We offer two types of orders: Online Orders and Offline Orders. Please read below for delivery method details for each type.

For online orders, currently we have 3 options.

1. Lalamove delivery (same day delivery)

We use Lalamove as our designated same day delivery service provider. The applicable fee will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

Estimated time of arrival (ETA) subjects to the traffic and weather conditions, availability of drivers/riders, and distance of your location.

2. J&T Express (1-3 working days)

For outstation customers or locations that could not be reach by Lalamove, we have the option of sending your purchased item(s) via J&T express. The applicable fee will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

3. Pick Up at TAP store

You may opt for self pick up at our office if you would like to receive your order sooner. An email will be sent to inform you when your order is ready for collection.

Please be informed that online order will only be processed twice per day (12PM and 4PM) on weekdays and once (2PM) on Saturday. For urgent orders, please WhatsApp us at 012-3452284.

For offline orders, please refer to TAP Boss Club delivery.

When can I receive my item(s) once payment is made?

The TAP store processes your online order twice per day (12pm and 4pm) on weekdays and once (2pm) on Saturday.

Upon verification of payment, item(s) will shipped out shortly after. Items will be delivered to your doorstep via Lalamove or J&T Express.

Lalamove typically takes about 1-2 hours depending on your location and availability of riders / drivers and J&T express typically takes about 1 to 3 working days.

What if I entered the wrong address?

In the event where a wrong address is provided, please contact us at 012-3452284 as soon as possible and our team will contact and assist you accordingly.

Once the package is delivered to the wrong address, the TAP store will not be liable for any replacement or refund. In the case of undelivered parcels due to an incorrect or invalid address, a courier fee for re-delivery will be charged at the prevailing rate of Lalamove at that time.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

To track and check the status of your order please click the link attached in the shipping confirmation. You may also visit your “My Account” or check out Shipping and enter your tracking number. Tracking box can be found at the upper right hand corner of the page.

We will notify you via email when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.

You may also contact the courier assigned to your order and provide them with the tracking number shown in your email.

Will I get recharged for a re-delivery?

If additional delivery is required, a courier fee for re-delivery will be charged at the prevailing rate of Lalamove at that time.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this moment. We are only able to ship locally within Malaysia.
