Delivered by motorcycle or car. Online orders pay the live Lalamove fare shown at checkout. Offline orders (WhatsApp, phone & walk-in) get free delivery with the minimum purchase per trip shown below.
- Outstation · NationwideJ&T ExpressTypically 1-3 working days after dispatch
For outstation addresses or areas Lalamove cannot reach. Online orders pay the live J&T rate at checkout. Offline orders: free J&T on RM350+ for parcels up to 5 kg. Over 5 kg, the J&T fare is paid on arrival. J&T Express does not accept lubricants: choose pick-up or WhatsApp us to arrange delivery.

Outside KL & Selangor (J&T)
On orders of RM350 or more with a parcel of up to 5 kg. Delivery in 1-3 working days.
Weight is the actual or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6000), whichever is higher. Heavier or bulkier parcels pay the normal J&T rate, calculated at checkout.
For Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, or larger outstation orders, WhatsApp our salesman for a delivery quote.

Orders placed after the cut-off are sent on the next working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off are sent on the next working day.
Orders paid before the cut-off are processed the same working day; later orders are processed the next working day. This applies to all delivery options. Estimated time of arrival depends on traffic and weather, rider or driver availability, and distance.

- Full payment firstPayment must be made in full before delivery.
- Where you orderOnline orders pay the live delivery fare and get the online discount. Free delivery applies only when an offline order reaches its zone minimum on its own.
- Lalamove, bike or carItems are delivered by Lalamove, limited to motorcycle and car.
- Minimum per tripThe minimum purchase applies per delivery trip.
- Re-delivery chargedA courier fee for re-delivery is charged at the prevailing Lalamove rate at that time.
- Arrival timeEstimated time of arrival depends on traffic and weather, rider or driver availability, and the distance to your location.
- Subject to changeTAP may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
